A toast to autumn evenings, our signature cocktail blends dark rum, cloudy apple juice, and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ oz dark rum
  • 2 oz fresh apple juice (cloudy or unfiltered if you can find it)
  • 1 ¼ oz fresh orange juice
  • ¾ oz honey (add more for a sweeter finish)
  • 1 smoked cinnamon stick
  • A pinch of edible shimmer (gold or silver - both catch the light beautifully)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: apple slice or orange twist

Method

  • In a Boston Shaker, add a generous scoop of ice.
  • Pour in the Dark Rum, followed by the apple juice, orange juice, and honey.
  • Stir slowly at first, just enough to help the honey begin to dissolve, then shake briskly for about 10 seconds, until the shaker turns frosty and the ingredients meld into a smooth, golden blend.
  • Fill a short glass halfway with fresh ice and drop in a smoked cinnamon stick, adding a soft, warming note through each sip.
  • Strain the cocktail over the ice, letting it cascade around the cinnamon stick.
  • To finish, sprinkle a pinch of edible shimmer across the surface. Give one slow, deliberate stir and watch the drink swirl with autumn light.
  • Garnish with a crisp apple slice or a twist of orange peel -whichever calls to you in the moment.
