Set in the heart of Shoreditch’s vibrant design district, the Hendel & Hendel Experience Studio is more than a showroom, but a new space that embodies everything we stand for: craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration and reflect the importance of the design process, where ideas are shaped and refined. 

Hardware is one of the most tactile elements within an interior, shaping how cabinetry is experienced as well as how it functions. Yet it is often considered once much of the wider scheme has already taken shape.

For us, bringing hardware into the conversation earlier creates an opportunity to explore it in context, how its proportions relate to the cabinetry, how a finish responds to the materials around it and how the piece itself feels in the hand.

The London Experience Studio gives this thinking a physical setting. It is a place to engage with the design community, bring hardware together with the wider materials of a scheme and explore ideas while a project is still taking shape.

We wanted to create a space that went beyond simply displaying our collections. Here, hardware can be held and experienced first-hand, while the Materials Lab provides a dedicated space to explore it alongside the wider material palette of an interior.
